(...) Look carefully at the edge of some of the coats - very thin. Probably paper or some kind of material. Others possibly could be plastic "clay" (Sculpey and the like). I'd guess a variety of techniques, but the picture quality and size is not (...) (24 years ago, 5-Apr-01, to lugnet.pirates, lugnet.build.minifigs)

(...) Toothpaste seems to work also. Supposedly Tarter Control Toothpaste has more abrasive in it so it works better, I still have some work to finish one the one soccer fig I am removing the '1' from the back of. To All, (...) as (...) Interesting, this makes LEGO elements truly unique, as many different people can use these parts for different things. I use these parts, or have used them, like this: Equipment lockers, mailboxes, hazardous storage (...) (24 years ago, 5-Apr-01, to lugnet.build, lugnet.space)
