  Re: Jeremy Sproat

(...) Actually, the "Warhammer" was a design lifted from the Robotech series, which was in turn lifted from several Anime series. The "Raidar X" mecha was one of 13 (IIRC) designs FASA was forced to 'give back' to the company that produced Robotech. (...) (24 years ago, 21-Mar-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Yes Making a larger Robot based on this design, It would be great, I see what you are saying about exploring the use of the ball and socket design, there's somthing great about a prototype right? (j/k, it's still a very nice mech, and i like how you did the torso and legs and connected them. is there (...) (24 years ago, 21-Mar-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

(...) The 'clickiness' of the turntable is pretty strong at first, but the nubs seem to wear down more quickly than on a click hinge. I've had mine for a week now, and it can only hold about half the weight it could at first. (...) Just like the (...) (24 years ago, 21-Mar-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

(...) I agree that it's just as good as some of Eric's models. I think the Hello Kitty is an excellent likeness and a great use of the available parts, even if he did "cheat" by using the huges and plates (since those are not from the 3033 tub). (...) (24 years ago, 21-Mar-01, to lugnet.build)

Re: My first Sculptures, Super Giant Hello Kitty

(...) I bought a digital camera but have been having trouble getting it to upload the pictures. Hopefully next weekend I will get it figured out. Perhaps I will be able to finally put up my Lego web pages that I've been planning for a while. --Bill. (24 years ago, 21-Mar-01, to lugnet.build)

(...) Java? What does Java have to do with it? Just put <IMG SRC="(URL) in your page. Be sure to include WIDTH and HEIGHT attributes to that IMG tag, in case brickshelf is down when someone views the page, so that the browser can allocate the right (...)   Re: Jeremy Sproat

(...) If the former, maybe. If the latter, maybe. ;-) This was really just a sketch, me exploring how to use the Throwbots ball-and-socket joint parts. I hope to return to this model (it's one of my all-time favorites mecha) with this general (...) (24 years ago, 21-Mar-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)
