Thanks for the feedback. It was actually really tough picking out which one to
use for the sample chapter. But in the end I felt that the micro chapter had
some of the qualities of several other chapters and was therefore a good
example.

I hadn't, but perhaps that's something worth looking into.

I tried to present the idea of planning (with paper and pencil) as an
alternative that you could use, or not, depending upon the builder and the
particular model. I use the technique, though not always, and I thought it was
just one of those basic ideas that should be written about.
