beautiful city
belle ville
ville is feminine in the french language, and beau = verb is belle
with feminine objects...
French Language 101... :)

I think it all adds up...cathcy, and it is the perfect marketing image for
a girls constructive toy, that goes nicely with (her brother's town
collection).
