I just received this set today. It has a bunch of nice stuff:

gold Belville crown
trans purple! 1x1 and 1x2 bricks
trans medium blue* 1x1 and 1x2 bricks
trans dark pink 1x1 and 1x2 bricks (2 1x1s)
2 trans medium blue gems
2 trans green 1x1 brick
trans yellow 1x2 brick
clear 1x2 brick w/crown printing
3 lime green 3+ flower stems
trans dark pink, trans medium blue, and trans yellow 3+ flowers
white kitten w/painted eyes
bright green 12x12 quarter circle base brick
yellow 2x4x2 rounded top ends brick w/hay printing
black spider (yup, gotta watch out for what's hiding in the hay)
2 white 1x4x2 fences w/bars (which match the quarter circle fences)
1 orangeish Belville butterfly
1 light yellow Belville tower w/printed haystack on inside
1 trans sparkly dark pink Belville tower roof
1 Belville child
2 light yellow 2x2x2 cones
1 dark pink 6x6 parasol
1 white rod w/stop
1 dark pink 2x4x2 Belville rectangular bucket
1 orangish dress

Based on the crowns seen so far, we will also see a metallic blue and a
metallic green crown in 5834. These new sets are wonderful. The little
pile of translucent bricks is real nice and adds to the value of the
set. The butterflies are nifty also and will be plaguing my minifig
world...

I really need to do a complete tally of 1x1 and 1x2 brick colors. The
1x1 or 1x2 brick is almost certainly the LEGO part available in the most
colors. They are not available only in a handful of System and Belville
colors (they aren't available in any of the Scala colors to my
knowledge).

* this is a new color (well, it's also in 5831 and probably also 5834)

(...) I also received #5833 (Rosita’s Wonderful Stable) from Shop @ Home yesterday and noted several interesting changes in LEGO’s Belville presentation—as well as several non-changes. The detailing of LEGO figures continues to grow in complexity. (...) (24 years ago, 16-Mar-01, to lugnet.belville)
