Green BURPS (was- Re: How to maximize 90-piece bags?)

(...) Green BURPS? In what set? I've looked the DB up and down for a Belville set with geen BURPS and I can't find any in any, although I did come across some yellow ones. We are talking about the Big Ugly Rock Piece right? Any help would be (...) (24 years ago, 30-Nov-00, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade, lugnet.general, lugnet.belville)

Re: Belville children right size to pilot UCS X-Wing

(...) Belville children fit into Technic seats as well. I have built several vehicles to Belville scale taking advantage of this factor. I have often wondered why LEGO did not produce vehicles other than boats and carriages for the Belville series. (...) (24 years ago, 21-Nov-00, to lugnet.belville)

Belville children right size to pilot UCS X-Wing

I got started building my UCS X-Wing today, and tried out a Belville child in the pilot's seat. The child is just about the right size, though it doesn't sit very straight since Belville figures don't have a way to connect to studs or anything. (...)   Re: Next Year

(...) Nope, I love them BV cats... I'm allergic to the real ones, so at least I got'em in plastic. ;-) (...) Heeheeehee! ;-) (...) Ah-yep! They won't look at you *that* much weirder with a BV set than with a town one. ;-) -Shiri (24 years ago, 9-Nov-00, to lugnet.belville, lugnet.loc.au)

  Re: Next Year

(...) That's it ! (I have never seen Scala). Should have castley uses. I can think of uses for the trans-blue canopy. (...) Can never have too many trans 1 x n's. pw (24 years ago, 5-Nov-00, to lugnet.belville, lugnet.loc.au)

  Re: Next Year

(...) The lumpy piece is a vacuum formed piece, same piece (with different printing) as in the Carla's Winter Camp Scala set. I think that is a new canopy. It looks neat, I hope they use it in a castle set in a more reasonable color. See my post in (...) (24 years ago, 5-Nov-00, to lugnet.belville, lugnet.loc.au)

  Next Year

Any comments ? The German catalogue has been scanned showing the 2001 sets. Looks like it could be the last year of the Fairytale series, the sets are getting a bit non-bricky, as if they weren't non-bricky enough. Obviously only a concern for those (...)   Any interest in 5860 Love 'N Lullabies ?

Today I stumbled into a small cache of 5860 Love 'N Lullabies. I am trying to determine a level of interest before I approach the manager for a mass purchase. The number available is ~5. Email me if interested. Ray Sanders (24 years ago, 20-Oct-00, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade, lugnet.belville)

Re: set 4817: What's in the chest?

(...) Hee, you're still wrong, it's 5802, just a tiny figure set. (URL) thing would never be worth $24. <<KM>> (24 years ago, 17-Oct-00, to lugnet.castle, lugnet.belville)

Re: set 4817: What's in the chest?

(...) You're kidding! Damn, I passed off that set while it was still $24, and didn't have the guts to buy it later when they raised the price... <frown> I never knew it had the dk. green gem, or I'd have reconsidered... oh well...   Re: lavender base bricks

(...) The large base bricks are all the same shade of lavender in the sets you mention. This shade was also used in earlier Belville series (hospital?). The quarter circle baseplates, when used with the square missing the quarter circle form a (...) (24 years ago, 16-Oct-00, to lugnet.belville)

  lavender base bricks

Before I place my order, can someone confirm for me that the huge lavender bricks in The Enchanted Palace (#5808) and Witch's Cottage (#5804) are the same color as in The Queen's Chamber (#5826)? I need lots of these for my Castle witch's lair, but (...) (24 years ago, 16-Oct-00, to lugnet.belville)
