Shifting them on their axis, like the UFO anti-freeze saucer and Insectoid abdomens, really changes the possibilities. Excellent work (...)   Mining Research Base

This is a mining research base. Although it is based in my Aquazone city, it would fit in quite comfortably in a space environment. (URL) I didn't plan it that way, it seems to have a bit of a Star Wars look to it. Comments are appreciated, Brad (24 years ago, 20-Oct-00, to lugnet.aquazone, lugnet.build, lugnet.space)

  Aquazone/Insectoid Power Station MOC

After my recent flurry of CAD MOC posts, I decided it was time to show off some REAL creations. This is a rather tall (about 3 feet) power station based on heavy use of both Aquazone and Insectoid pieces. You can see several additional pictures by (...)   SIGH. (was Re: Help needed interpreting dream)

  Help needed interpreting dream

I had the strangest dream last night. And I think it has some cryptic meaning. In the dream, I walked into a K-Mart and saw Aquaraiders sets on the shelf. Pretty normal so far. But the boxes of the 'raiders sets had the "grid" background, just like (...) (24 years ago, 14-Oct-00, to lugnet.general, lugnet.space, lugnet.aquazone)

  Re: Aquazone Contest interest?

(...) These things will come to light when the official rules go up and the contest is announced. But, this is just an underwater themed contest. There may be an Aquazone or Stingray category, but anything is cool. (24 years ago, 2-Oct-00, to lugnet.build.contests, lugnet.aquazone, lugnet.space)

  Re: Insanly bad news

I had to dissassembl my LEGO city (that took up 1/2 of a room) in 2 days when we put our house up for sale. It made me sick to tear all that down, but it was actually a good excuse to build new creations from scratch! Adam Myers (...) (24 years ago, 2-Oct-00, to lugnet.aquazone)

  Re: Aquazone Contest interest?

You might want to define what leeway is allowed in the contest -- having only one actual Aquazone set, I can't make much that's purely Aquazone, but I could still make cool underwater MOCs by using a lot of Divers and Space lego. -- Paul Davidson (...)   Insanly bad news

Almost every lego creation I have put together since I moved to the twin cities fell victim to a three year old within two (unsuporvised) hours last night.
