I would encourage everyone to post a symbol of unity and condolences to the family of STS-107 on their web sites. Let's show our LUGNET and LEGO community support. I remember being in a sixth grade classroom as the first Space Shuttle tragedy unfolded. I had never thought it would happen again. God bless the families of these astronauts, who sought nothing more than to improve the station of humanity. My (...) (22 years ago, 2-Feb-03, to lugnet.general)

I was at a loss for a quote, pouring through possibilities about courage, thanksgiving and remembrance, until President Bush, at the memorial service today, said the hymn "How Great Thou Art" was a favorite of one of the astronauts, and read from (...) (22 years ago, 4-Feb-03, to lugnet.general)
