Interesting...works fine for me in IE3, NS3, NS4. Maybe I have an HTML
syntax error that IE4 is sensitive to. Hrm, I give up -- Doctor HTML v5
<http://www2.imagiware.com/RxHTML/> says the HTML code is fine.

It doesn't currently modify the headers to set a default 'Followup-To:' if
none is given, but maybe it should.
