Yeah, I was playing around a bit again last night, and actually, I was finding
that 1x slopes and 2x slopes are actually what I might need more of... I also
tried making the statues in multicolor grey/tan, but that looked kind of silly
against a solid tan rock face... of course, the rock face will change, but I
think I'd like to either have the statues be uniformly colored, or multicolored
with reds, blues, tans, blacks, etc... Actually, the head (and 1 of the arms)
turned out pretty well... I really didn't like the body and legs, though...
I'll need to figure out how I want to work those... They came out really blocky
and ugly. I'll have to figure something out.
I'll probably get some actual photographs of statues & some egyptian art so I
can do them more 'correctly' though... right now I'm going for a statue of
Horus (the hawk) and one of Anubis (the jackal-- the same one as found in the
Adventures theme statues)
Anyway, lemme know if you have any more ideas for it :)
