I don't think this is a big deal at all, certainly not the great abomination you
are making it out to be.

Hurling demands at LEGO is not going to do anything at all. I think that most
people (including LEGO employees) will have the sense to overlook this post as
noise, but at the same time, it *is* draining and does not help anything.
Please think before you post complaints, and don't overdo the all caps and
exclamation points.

If you are seriously trying to get LEGO's attention, this is not the way to do
it. Approach them with respect and you will get respect in return. Approach in
this manner, and you will get no response at all.
