  Re: Dino Theme Adventurers

(...) Sort of. They are two pieces of plastic, but they are not seperable without some major effort (basically, prying them apart). J (25 years ago, 28-May-00, to lugnet.adventurers)

  Dino Theme Adventurers

Has anybody who owns any of the new Dino line got a set with a Stegosaurus or Triceratops? It looks like the main body rests on top of a sub-section containing the legs. Is this true, are they top and bottom construction? Thanks all, Aaron (25 years ago, 27-May-00, to lugnet.adventurers)

Re: Oh boy, oh boy, oh boy!!!

(...) Sorry I am so long in replying back! I am in TN/USA round Chattanooga. Kmart is usually a mess (especially the clearance isles) so I had to dig. They were not elegible for BOGO because of the clearance. Does anybody know if this/or other deals (...) (25 years ago, 24-May-00, to lugnet.adventurers)

  Re: Oh unhappy days...

  Oh unhappy days...

Got my AAT today and noticed that the Adventurer's preview page has been replaced with a two page spread of the Dino sets. The NA catalogue shows the following (set #'s only) #5955 #5920 #5935 #5975 #5987 #5921 #5934 So can anyone confirm what part (...) (25 years ago, 18-May-00, to lugnet.adventurers)

  Re: Remember me?

Mostly everyone was waiting for the new Adventurers - I have yet to see them in stores. Since they still weren't in my gaming plans, and I had mostly been sticking to Pirates and have added Castles (all I really need is one big castle, some forest (...)   Re: Remember me?

(...) Hehe... Well the 'lego rep', Brad Justus, has posted two or three times since, with big news each time. His last post is here: (URL) pics were taken off, I believe, but they're back now because the sets are out! The Dino sets are amazing. (...) (25 years ago, 17-May-00, to lugnet.adventurers)

  Re: 5935 Island Hopper question

(...) Hi Mychal, I just saw a few at a local Meijer (huge everything-store like Walmart with a grocery store attached) for $19.99. Not bad for 202 pieces. -Adam 8^D (25 years ago, 17-May-00, to lugnet.adventurers)

  Re: Remember me?

Hiya Bruce! I was hoping you were still around.=) How are things? I am glad to be back. I missed civilization a lot this time. Twin boys will do that to you in Guinea, Sierra Leone, Bangladesh, and Ceylon! What is going on around here? Last time I (...) (25 years ago, 17-May-00, to lugnet.adventurers)

  5935 Island Hopper question

How many pieces is the Island Hopper? Also, I know it's available from S@H but any idea when it'll be in retail stores? (25 years ago, 17-May-00, to lugnet.adventurers)

  Remember me?

Hi guys! Remember me? My name is Mark Lindsey and I have been on duty the last several months. I have been in South Asia and West Africa with no computer or lego access! How is everyone? I have sure missed you all. I didn't know the Dino sets were (...) (25 years ago, 16-May-00, to lugnet.adventurers)

  Re: Research Glider

(...) Just built the set last night (got my shipment from S@H with all the Dino sets). The engine does indeed use 1x2x1.3 bricks with curve and plate extension. The hat is a brown kepi. The minifig is also pretty nice, a Timmyish face, but the fig (...) (25 years ago, 11-May-00, to lugnet.adventurers)

Re: All Terrain Trapper (rambling thoughts)

(...) Just a note on your description, Christian: the set doesn't include Rudo Villano*. It's got Baron von Barron and two completely new villains (I think Lindsay put up a couple of pictures a few days ago). J * - unless Rudo had cosmetic surgery (...)
