I haven't been following this thread, so I'll have to plead ignorance. I just
happened to note these couple, and threw in my two cents.
For the most part MS bashing probably (IMHO) belongs in off-topic.geek or at
least off-topic.debate, but your specific thrust seems to be that Lugnet isn't
being run as well as it could be due to an anti-MS bias, right? So it should
probably be in admin.general. IMHO. Call me a compartmentalized dork if it
makes you feel better.
As far as what to do when people set followups back and forth... well, if
you're going to change the follow-ups it's only good netiquette to mention it
in some clear fashion in your post (if we're following NNTP netiquette, anyway,
which seems to be best, even if there are a bunch of mailing lists too).
That's about all that cvan be done, point out what good netiquette is and hope
that the endless September understands.
