We seem to have been having a "followup war" in that different people set
followups in this thread to different places. I tend to agree with you that
.admin.general was the best, and I think I *did* set FUT .admin.general on
several (? at least one, anyway) in this large tree but they got set
elsewhere by responders so I gave up.
I missed that this branch was in .general... sorry about that, chief!
This tree is mostly not growing as fast any more, but the generic question
of what to do when different responders have different viewpoints about
where FUT belongs might be worth discussing (in a new tree).

For the most part MS bashing probably (IMHO) belongs in off-topic.geek or at least off-topic.debate, but (...) (24 years ago, 24-Jan-01, to lugnet.admin.general)
