Not sure how to handle that cleanly yet -- whether it should be an external
attribute/preference on a page, so that when it's transcluded it automatically
shows without the line, or whether it should be a non-option on a page so that
the transcluding page specified whether or not to display a line. In either
case there still has to be some sort of obvious link to any transcluded page
in order for a viewer/reader to jump to it, especially in the case of
transcluding someone else's materials.
In terms of organizing stores and data like that, I think that will be better
off in the long run put into a sort of DB that generates various views, when
we have the templates stuff running.
