Is there an upper limit on ratings in terms of the largest tree you can still
have the "submit ratings" work successfully?
I was trying to rate a rather large tree (over 100 posts) and not getting
expected results, submit ratings didn't show any changes (some items had been
rated already.
If you know there is a limit (just as there is with suppressing the dotbox tree
view after a certain size) you may want to suppress the submit ratings
button....
Another idea also in sort of this area is to allow displaying a subtree from a
starting point that is not the post you're on, or from within a larger tree...
but that may be very hard
