It could be that I upgraded libwww-perl
last week at some point...  CPAN make that too easy, sometimes... :/  I
don't think so though...

Ahh, maybe here it is:  The regex with LWP::Simple -did- have LWP::Simple
since the beginning of creation but lwp-trivial was just added last week.
I added that when I noticed my own scripts pummeling the server with it
to the avid.cgi script.

The avid.cgi script is special -- it has a published API and its intent is to
be used by robots, and thus it allows any UA to hit it -- even lwp-trivial.


Anyway, the UA agent is now set for "LugnetReader/1.0" and it seems ok :)
