Don't think so - I just loaded it with IE4 and it works fine. Lemme
copy the library of version information it has and maybe Sarah could
see if an upgrade to the latest release would help?

Dunno what all that means besides the 128bit that I have to have for
online banking, but I do go to Windows Update (in Win98) regularly and
dl whatever it tells me I need for IE4.
<Win98 users could probably go to the IE page at MS to get the same
things in a less automatic way.

| Actually, now I am beginning to think it is a people problem. Once someone else asked what those black dots were,I looked closer at the page. These things I thought were specks of dust DO appear to move with the web page. Thus, the black dots he (...) (26 years ago, 29-Sep-98, to lugnet.admin.general)
