Interesting...wasn't aware of Reutersvärd's work. Thanks for the name.

If the ad company used that triangle, with separated blocks and an open
middle, and maybe the same colors and maybe different colors, and he won his
case, I'm not surprised. If the ad company did a drawing based on those
blocks but was fundamentally different and he still won his case, then I'd be
surprised. Of course copyright laws are different in every country, right?
I'm not terribly worried that our logo is too similar to Reutersvärd's to be a
problem, but thanks much for the pointer... Do you have any more info on the
copyright case against the ad company?

The middle one is, yes; the bottom one isn't, no.
