Alright, I'm with ya on the .announce part (as long as there's a natural
good place for followups).

Of course, having 'announce' groups attached to each area of interest makes (almost as) as much sense as putting them all into a single (...) (26 years ago, 6-May-99, to lugnet.admin.general)
