Hi Suz,
yeah, the ads became more and more annoying as well as disconnected to the other
LUGNET content - if they can't provide delivery of relevant ads, we're better
off not placing ads at all.
Ads actually used to be sort of relevant and performed quite well for a couple
of years. Nowadays it's not worth the hassle (let alone all the Legalese
involved with tracking cookies & stuff).
We'll see how it goes.
