I've got a couple scripts that parse that same file, but I never actually parsed
the column headers since the column headings were a bit ... odd. They're
multi-line and arranged such that they're human-readable, which, when you think
about it, kind of defeats the purposes of being tab-delimited. Perhaps it's a
good idea to change those tab headings to be a single line and tab delimited so
they're easier to parse?
