I'm happy to say that news searches have been fixed! As was noted earlier in (URL) (and a few other places), certain search words were not being returned properly in news searches via the web interface. Both Dan Boger and I worked to fix the issue, (...) (20 years ago, 26-May-05, to lugnet.admin.general) !!

(...) I second this. I applied for membership over a month ago, paid my membership "fee" and have had numerous e-mails go completely unresponded to. All I would like is my membership number. (...) Patient is my middle name. :) However, is there any news as yet? After you raised my expectations, I'm quietly fearful that things are beginning to drift(?). Although attitudes appear to have changed a little, I think we'd all hate for there (...) (20 years ago, 24-May-05, to lugnet.admin.general) !
