I second this. I applied for membership over a month ago, paid my membership
"fee" and have had numerous e-mails go completely unresponded to. All I would
like is my membership number. I've followed all the steps expeditiously and
accurately and now am still awaiting access to a service which I paid for over a
month ago. Are the administration problems that bad? Why is it becoming this
difficult to become a member of a community of fellow LEGO enthusiasts? I'm
disappointed.
