(...) Although it may be useful for you in particular, it is specifically the purpose of the .announce heirarchy for announcements. Use of .general for announcements is off-topic. The decision to sub-divide Lugnet is a very old decision - one of the (...) (20 years ago, 22-Mar-05, to lugnet.admin.general)
