Do I detect a state preference here? ;) But seriously, I would like to see a Local group for D.C.'s Northern suberbs, as they stretch up to Fredrick (an hour and a half (...)    (...) Well, I don't think there is really a need for the Frederick Group, but a Northern DC Suburbs would be useful (I was just using Frederick as an example). It really is not convenient for me to go to Virginia, nor is it convenient for Virginians (...) (26 years ago, 29-Mar-99, to lugnet.admin.general)
