(...) North American TLC counts hips/legs as 1 piece, torso/head/arms/hands as another piece, and anything else (helmet, hat, hair, airtanks, cape, etc.) separately. Basically, if TLC puts it together, it counts as one piece. Steve (25 years ago, 23-Oct-00, to lugnet.admin.database)
