Piece counts for early basic sets

Todd, I included pieces counts for basic sets from the mid 80s/early 90s in my comments for sets that I own. I also noticed that set 1661 was not listed. I hope this helps that database. (24 years ago, 14-Oct-00, to lugnet.admin.database)

additional sets in the LEGO Studios line

I received my LEGO Studios Steven Spielgberg MovieMaker Set today. In the back is a listing of add-on sets that I'm assuming will be coming out next year. They are not on the lego.com/studios web site yet or in the LUGNET sets database. I hope to be (...) (24 years ago, 4-Oct-00, to lugnet.admin.database, lugnet.general)

Re: McDonalds 1999 promo sets in set reference ?

(...) FYI I did type in 1 through 8 and expected to see the latest McD promo's. After all, that is the most obvious number on there. Just because it's a single digit does not take away from it's significance as a set identifier. KL (24 years ago, 28-Sep-00, to lugnet.general, lugnet.admin.database, lugnet.promo)

Re: McDonalds 1999 promo sets in set reference ?

(...) Yup, I think it's weird too. (...) I think they're also that. :-) Remember the SHELL promo sets from 1998?   Re: McDonalds 1999 promo sets in set reference ?

If I have a box with 8448 on it, I'd never find (...) (24 years ago, 28-Sep-00, to lugnet.general, lugnet.admin.database, lugnet.promo)
