  Re: Knights Kingdom sucks!

(...) Hi Joshua, thanks for sharing your personal views on the theme. There is a lot to complain about with the theme. However, there was a chrome set in the theme with a dragon ... Dragon Rider (URL) not flashy, but definitely affordable. I thought (...) (23 years ago, 20-Jul-03, to lugnet.castle)

Re: Temporary help wanted (was Re: CLSotW help wanted)

(...) Hey, if you don't mind, I'd be more than happy to contribute to the cause. As I've been writing reviews for the castle sidebar for the past thirteen weeks, I believe that should provide the necessary credentials for taking up the task, as (...)   Re: Posts expiring?

(...) It's a pretty funny coincidence, actually. I'd been going over old archives of RTL(1) and then more recently LUGNET(2) as it came into being in 1998. At the same time, I happened to be chatting with Todd about something completely unrelated, (...) (4 months ago, 9-Jun-26, to lugnet.admin.general)

  Lego Space Set Reviews!!!!

Yeah, I wanted a project during Covid and this was as good as it gets for me... And no one else posts here anymore - not even that guy talking about monthly dinners... So with much further ado, I've been building and reviewing all LEGO space sets, (...) (5 years ago, 4-Nov-21, to lugnet.space)

Classic castle and pirates - figures, weapons and armor

Hi there, I've recently decided to sell off most of my Lego collection to support my photography hobby and am offering up a collection of classic castle and pirate parts. The pieces in this collection range from the late 70's through the 80's and (...) (14 years ago, 31-Mar-13, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)

  Updated LEGO Collectors Guide... DVD/download

My Unofficial LEGO Sets/Parts Collectors Guide (1949-90) is expanding again to cover the entire 20th century of LEGO... from 1949-2000. This will take my (only available as a desktop download) encyclopedic collectors guide to well over 3300 pages, (...) (12 years ago, 6-Jun-14, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)

Re: Discovered Unknown LEGO Set from Norway...

Now that the 1309 set has been discovered, there is still one set yet to be discovered... a 1237 "Garage Side Building Set". The Billund Archives have no information on this set, and it was obviously not produced there for the Danish market. But it (...) (13 years ago, 14-Apr-14, to lugnet.general)

Re: Discovered Unknown LEGO Set from Norway...

OPPPSS.... BROKEN LINK.... SO HERE'S THE POST INSTEAD.... ;-) I had seen a catalog entry in an old 1956 Norway catalog, but I wasn't sure if was (common in old LEGO catalogs) an error, or a real set, since one had never been seen before, and no (...) (13 years ago, 14-Apr-14, to lugnet.general)

Discovered Unknown LEGO Set from Norway...

Two days ago a LEGO friend from Norway by the name of Arild found a never before been seen set from Norway... the 1309 ESSO GARAGE SET... not to be confused with the 1310/310 ESSO SERVICE STATION SET. This very rare (only 1 known so far) set was (...) (13 years ago, 13-Apr-14, to lugnet.general)

  LEGO and Martian Manhunter....

Many people have discussed the corrosive effects of time on history. And this is so true about LEGO. So much of what has happened in the past about LEGO has unfortunately not been well documented, even by the LEGO Archives in Billund. However, this (...)   Squeezing out the last few secrets of the LEGO Genome...

I like the word "Genome"... it has to do with mapping out the entire genetic squence of an organism's heredetary information... or in this case the entire history of LEGO... Well I am now close to "the final frontier" in finding all the LEGO sets (...) (13 years ago, 13-Feb-14, to lugnet.general)

  Beautiful Alphabet LEGO bricks...

Re: LEGO Beats Hasbro as World’s No. 2 Toymaker Amid Asia Sales Jump

LEGO was first introduced to Asia in 1962, when sales started in Japan, Singapore and Hong Kong. Sales started off very slowly, and remained so for a very long time.   Re: PRIMA... the Swedish LEGO Connection...
