  Beds

Do you have beds in your houses? How do you build them? I use this simple solution: 3 2*4 bricks and one 2*4 slope. Place the bricks in a row, so that it has the dimension of 4*6 studs. Now place the slope in one end of the brick row. Voilá! A (...) (25 years ago, 12-Dec-99, to lugnet.town)

  Re: More studs in holes...

Todd Lehman writes : (...) Interesting. I tend to measure pieces in terms of plate heights, but I have almost the same measurements. Except that the stud height is NOT equal to half the plate height. I discovered that last night and I'm still (...) (25 years ago, 17-Dec-99, to lugnet.build)

  Re: Scale?

(...) Huh? That question is a little vague. I'll try to be more specific. Lay a minifig down on its back. You will see that it's five studs high. An average adult human is about 1.7 meters (or 5 feet, 7 inches) tall. Divide 1.7 meters by 5 studs, (...) (25 years ago, 6-Jan-00, to lugnet.starwars)

  WW Fort Part Sale

After having a successful auction of pieces from two Fort Legoredos, I have decided to run a straight sale of log pieces and minifigs from two more forts. As I sorted the parts for the auction I realized how many parts I would like myself so I got (...) (26 years ago, 18-Nov-98, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)

LEGO Creator is not perfect. It is a whole lot slower 'loading' than LDRAW. (Extremely slower. I have a P233 and the techie had a P2 300 and he was complaining about how slow it was.) However, once it loads it's speed seems unaffected by the number (...) (26 years ago, 25-Oct-98, to lugnet.cad)
