Hey no problem Josh, I am glad you like the CD so much! When I first finished it and added all the PDF Bookmarks, I thought that it didn't seem that big??? Even if you don't want to purchase a copy of the LEGO CD, I strongly urge you to get a free sample chapter.... because this is a very interesting chapter.... Some thoughts of mine: A proliferation of successfull events is good. A big thought on "the one big event": My experience with events encompasses LEGO fan events, Science Fiction conventions, church camps and events, train shows, National (...) (18 years ago, 11-Dec-06, to lugnet.events)

I actually have not yet been to a fest, so perhaps my input means less here, but I'm all for having multiple fests each year. Allen, Jason: I have been collecting information about Lego patents for several years, and this is my favorite. The original patent is Danish: DK92683C. Legetøjsbyggeelement. Filed 28 Jan 1958, Granted 29 Jan 1962. This was also amended by patent (...) (20 years ago, 22-Dec-04, to lugnet.org.ca.parlugment, lugnet.general)

(URL) Hi all, between March and mid August I build a scaled model of the Frauenkirche in Dresden (Church of our lady). The real church was nearly fully destroyed in the last days of WW II and encouraged people decided after the german reunification (...) Hi Gary, many thanks for your bi-lingual feedback and comments! While gathering information I used several websites and two nice books. I know most of the whole history of the church right now. Very nice model! When we visited Dresden in June 2004, the church was still under construction, but largely finished on the outside. There was actually a large Lego model of the Frauenkirche in one of the local department stores (Kaufhof? (...) (18 years ago, 14-Sep-06, to lugnet.build.arch, lugnet.build.schleim, FTX)

Hi Alan, thanks for you feedback. I knew that there was allready a LEGO model of the church for fundraising. At flickr.com I found this: (3 URLs) I contacted LEGO if they know what happend to this model - but they don't know. These days it is not (...)
