  Torso stickers

Has anyone made any graphics for minifig torsos available online for printing on stickers? Would anyone be interested if I were to do so? I've got a design for a suit and tie that I plan to duplicate in various colors for printing on Avery labels. (...) (24 years ago, 30-Mar-01, to lugnet.build.minifigs)

  Erasing minifigs

I tried removing the printing on a minifig torso using Brasso yesterday. It worked, but it was a lot of work. I'm almost convinced it was the rubbing and not the Brasso that did the trick.   Re: Another paypal horror story

(...) You can spend a total of $500 that way. Then they'll want your bank account number, even if you plan to continue using VISA. Amy (24 years ago, 6-Apr-01, to lugnet.market.shopping)

  Another paypal horror story

Seems if you use a debit card, paypal will tie up twice your purchase amount in your checking account for several days, causing bounced checks. And it's not a glitch - it's how it's "supposed" to work, according to paypal. Here's the cnet story... (...) (24 years ago, 6-Apr-01, to lugnet.market.shopping)

  Re: No more Blue Tub...

(...) You might be right. I was guessing based on S@H listing this set as being available in the US but showing no availability date or price. I thought that meant it was coming, not that it had gone. Amy (23 years ago, 12-Apr-01, to lugnet.dear-lego, lugnet.general, lugnet.market.shopping)

Re: a thought about brickbay update postings

(...) Not everyone uses the same newsreader that you do. The filtering capabilities of various programs varies a lot, and the web interface has no such filters, AFAIK. Amy (23 years ago, 19-Apr-01, to lugnet.admin.nntp)
