| It has been very quiet in lugnet.general lately.... Most collectors are not aware of this road plate (on EBAY, two are shown): (URL) was the first ever ABS Lego road plate, and was produced from 1970-72, only for the USA Samsonite Lego market. The original Esso Service Station #310/#1310 was produced from 1957 to 1966 as part of the Town Plan system built in the classic scale (door = 3 bricks tall). (...) | Eric Strand was nice enough to post these pictures on his Brickshelf site. I call them a "1960's Lego Christmas Fantasy". | OK, TLG angered a number of AFOL's. TLG won't go back and tell Maersk that they cannont commit to their order. So they will produce more of the 10152's.
