  Re: C&O BL2

(...) Wow! Such a nice model of a curvy, angular locomotive. Not an easy thing to do. And the C&O colors look awesome. Speaking of BL2s I stumbled across this (URL) Walk through> of Bangor & Aroostook BL2 #557 while surfing one of my favorite (URL) (...) (16 years ago, 17-Aug-08, to lugnet.trains, FTX)

(...) Yea, I've had the CZ for awhile now, And I didn't think to take pictures at the show. I'll see about doing so if I can ever get unchained to my desk at work. Shaun, OK, I'm not a train guy and or even a moderately skilled Technic guy, but it's easy to see that this is officially ridiculously awesome. I've become interested in incorporating Technic functionality into minifig scale MOCs, but I don't think (...) (16 years ago, 6-Aug-08, to lugnet.technic, lugnet.trains, FTX)

  Re: San Diego Coaster train

Just an update. I got to run my SD Coaster train at the NMRA 2008 show. What a blast. But even more fun for me was seeing Swoofty's Metrolink version. Seems he never saw James Mathis version, and he based his on mine. I also got a chance to run my (...) (16 years ago, 23-Jul-08, to lugnet.trains)

(...) Thanks Cale. I agree the GP9 is wrong, but the only "correct" Deisels would be E7A, E8A, E9A or PA2, and E7Bs mix and matched in pairs. But the only PA I own is in Rio Grand colors, and I own no E units. My GP9 is modeled after SP5623, which (...) (16 years ago, 29-Jul-08, to lugnet.trains, FTX)
