Re: Storing bricks at low temperatures

I once posed this question to Consumer Affairs. They told me that not even is LEGO fine in cold weather, but that refrigerators are made of the same material as LEGO bricks. That's what they said... YMMV< John (...) (25 years ago, 20-Jan-00, to lugnet.general, lugnet.storage)

  Review: Quite C

Hi all! Since I gave a try to Quite C, and since there may be more people interested, I decided to write my opinion about it. Basically, the package includes the H8 compiler tools, a small set of libraries for accessing the ROM routines, some other (...) (25 years ago, 20-Jan-00, to lugnet.robotics.rcx)

  NELUG 01/10/2000 is up

I put up the stills *AND* G2 downloadable video of the 1.5 minutes of footage I took at the NELUG meeting on Jan. 10. I've calibrated my capture card so the image quality is a bit better, and I enlarged the pics to 640x480 for easier viewing. Let me (...)   Re: Who made the largest lego castle ever made

I think Lego has probably built the largest Lego castle ever. There is a pic (from an old Brick Kicks) of a huge Castle the Model Team made in 1987 on my weird site, under Castle scans. I know they have had bigger castles than that one, too, but I (...) (25 years ago, 20-Jan-00, to lugnet.castle)

Re: If Lego made new Town sets... what should they be?

Well, if we're into smallest school mode... my daughter's school is 130 kids K-10. It's part of the public school system but it's an alternative school (non-coercive and parent participation.) Kevin (25 years ago, 20-Jan-00, to lugnet.people, lugnet.off-topic.fun)

  Re: Next Meeting

I might bring just my trains, no track or buildings, if my MISB 4558 and used 4558 arrive by then (which they should within plenty of time). If I can trade for enough grey doors/windows for the other 2 grey bogey plates I have, I hope to have a 9-11 (...) (25 years ago, 20-Jan-00, to lugnet.org.us.baylug)
