Well, before I bought 20 of these today (hope they come) I put one up on eBay. This is a banged up one I got at KB earlier this week and I paid 40 plus MA tax. I use an external battery pack whenever possible/practical. It has 8 (not 6) NiMh cells, providing a total of 9.6 volts. Works fine. Actually, it produces a little more power than ordinary batteries. I just purchased a technic sub with the large pneumatic pump. I was wondering if there is an easy way to remove the spring from the pump. I've seen pictures of motorized compressors with the spring off the pump, but don't see how you get it off (...) (25 years ago, 15-Jan-00, to lugnet.technic)
