Have any of the vehicle sets (other than the 8880)ever been rear wheel drive with independant suspension? I am trying to build something that would be similar using standard Technics pieces and could some pictures to assist my hit/miss engineering. (...) (25 years ago, 14-Jan-00, to lugnet.technic)

Actually the design is old, but the CAD model is new, and has a few design changes. The only two files up now are rather large, but I'll post soon about new files. LMKWYT! I have had a couple of other thoughts on this. Say TLC does decide to try this. And to start off they try a skyscraper. It would have to be say the size of one of the regular square bases. The set would come with all the needed beams, bricks doors (...) (25 years ago, 14-Jan-00, to lugnet.dear-lego)

(...) Do you perhaps mean a different set? 4559 (ref: (URL) ) has a little tiny engine built on top of the motor unit. It's difficult to see how to give it two motors. Even the alternate steamer has only one. (oh how I long for the days when Lego (...) (25 years ago, 14-Jan-00, to lugnet.trains)
