Blue 1x6 with "TRANSPORT" printed in white: #333 Delivery Truck (available world wide) and #334 Articulated Flatbed (available in Continental Europe only?). (...) No, they're not. They've got connectors for technic pegs, but aren't modular. You can take them apart, but it's sorta like pulling the arms from minifigs -- not _supposed_ to happen.
