10Hz is nowhere near fast enough to control a train motor using PWM (pulse width modulation). You need at least 100Hz, and higher would be better. Hi all, Electronics Goldmine has some notebook pc IRDA ports for $2! (URL) I think it would be Great to use a couple of these to get 2 Handyboards to talk with eachother. Or, get one handyboard to talk with my Notebook PC (which already has an IRDA (...) (27 years ago, 29-Oct-98, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)
