(...) Rachel, The 810 (European Town Plan) set had (I believe) a cardboard top to it with the Town Plan scene. There was a pair of wooden box sets from circa 1967-68 that were 820 (filled with LEGO) and 821 (same box but empty). I have the 821 and (...)   Re: Minifig box 2 :)

Be careful about throwing out legs, arms, hands, etc. I used several of these parts to fix minifigs in the box, or ones I already had. I didn't destroy any complete figs, which is what will happen if you throw out the incomplete figs. Oh, also you (...) (25 years ago, 29-Nov-99, to lugnet.market.jambalaya)

  Re: Software upgrade v1.5

1.0 + Upgrade = 2 constructopedias and 2 test pads, more pieces, plus an RCX that has an AC adapter socket 1.5 = 1 c-pedia, 1 test pad, no AC socket, fewer pieces Right now the 1.0 plus the (free) 1.5 upgrade is the one to get, IMHO. --Doug Wilcox (25 years ago, 29-Nov-99, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: Timmy?

OK, that thread about modeling clone bricks was one thing, but modeling Timmy? You've gone too far now! Unless, of course, if you plan to LDraw Todd's Timmy Launcher from MindFest :-) -John Van Dave Schuler <orrex@excite.com> wrote in message (...) (25 years ago, 29-Nov-99, to lugnet.cad)

Re: new superliner pic, look fans, no windows!

(...) With additional coaches built this solid, you should have one smooth train set, Ben. The additional weight seems to yield much smoother and slower accelerations...which I like. (...) "windowless" passenger coaches, for I had not noticed this (...) (25 years ago, 29-Nov-99, to lugnet.trains)

  Re: Moving homes? Lego ?

  servo program

Can anyone please write me a brief servo motor program that will control two servos from the expansion board? This the one I had to control one, but did not work: void main(void) { while(1) { init_expbd_servos(1) servo0 = 1000 } return(0); } (...) (25 years ago, 29-Nov-99, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)

  1857s for sick squid each

Hi - I'm dropping in from the wilderness again... The Entertainer in Cardiff is shifting 1857 brick packs for £6 each. A veritable bargain, which is why I bought two on the spot! (I was going to do four but I was getting chronic stomach cramps, and (...) (25 years ago, 29-Nov-99, to lugnet.loc.uk)
