| Hello Has anybody have the prodlem of moving to a new home, how do you pack your lego's? I have over 200 sets and what whould be the best idea to move them? Break them up into pecies ? | Well, it took me a week, but I finally finished and uploaded the scans for set #8856, Whirlwind Rescue. Talk about a trial by fire, my first instruction scan is this 48 page monstrosity! I think I'll do smaller sets next time. It takes my scanner (...) (25 years ago, 29-Nov-99, to lugnet.db.scans)

| (...) Glad you didn't design any bridges *I* have to cross. :-) I wasn't too surprised to hear the deck flexes. it needs to be a truss, or at least a much deeper girder. No way is 4 bricks of depth enough for a 20-30 inch span. c.f. "Galloping (...) (25 years ago, 29-Nov-99, to lugnet.trains)

There's also the newly enhanced feature on Kevin Loch's site that lets you search for sets-- on each set's instruction scan page, a search box appears in the upper right hand corner to let you search for that set. Not as dynamic as John (...) (25 years ago, 29-Nov-99, to lugnet.market.auction, lugnet.market.shopping)
