Never been missing a piece, but a few weeks ago I found a damaged piece in a sealed 4551 Crocodile Engine train. It was a white 2x1x1 piece with small teeth on the sides, a tipical train piece. It was turned and flattened, probably it went into some (...) (27 years ago, 15-Nov-99, to lugnet.general)
