Good Luck ! TLG included one silver brick in each of the 25th Anniv bulk buckets / tubs. Set numbers were in the range 3025-3030 with 3029 & 3030 being duplo sized. So you would have to locate quite a number of tubs/buckets or find someone selling (...) (26 years ago, 13-Nov-99, to lugnet.castle)

I, too, buy LEGO sets for the parts, but I normally build the main model anyway. If it's a small model, I try to build it without looking at the instructions. When the model is built, I tear it down again almost immediately and sort the pieces into (...) (26 years ago, 13-Nov-99, to lugnet.build)
