Re: Ninja vs. "real" Castle (was: Re: More news on 2000 lineup!)

(...) I will take 50 shoguns over 50 kings anyday. Heck even 50 batlords are better than 50 of those stupid kings. The new 6026 would have been the set i likely would have wanted 50 of. Not with that @#$%&* king though. Also why dose 6095 have (...) (25 years ago, 11-Nov-99, to lugnet.general, lugnet.castle)

But for some applicvations, that isn't a big problem - and if it works it is cheaper and simpler than other methods at the same precision (I think) As a matter of fact, I am working on a way to use a pattern printed on the floor and (...)   Re: What colors do bricks come in?

(...) From my examinations, there appear to be three pinks. I have some pink windows and doors from a girls bucket which are a light and a dark pink, the dark pink is different (more muted) from the Paradisa/Bellville dark pink. I'm not sure you (...) (25 years ago, 11-Nov-99, to lugnet.general)

  RE: Teaching Robotics

I have just started Robolab in my classroom, and I really like the way the curriculum is laid out. It starts with class activities that help them think like robots, comes with copy permitted worksheets, and guides them through the basics of the RCX, (...)   RE: tracking robot position

This is an interesting idea, but I think you will have a problem common to most dead-reckoning navigation solutions and that is that wheel slip, mouse ball slip, and the differential slip between the two (i.e., if the robot wheel slips, the mouse (...)   Another BIG E-bay ripoff

I know that we all know that there are quite a few ripoffs on e-bay, but last night I came across an incredibly BIG one.
