(...) You're certainly enititled to that opinion. (...) What does the crazy way the lights sources are angled on the model have to do with whether it's Lego or not? Or, let me rephrase that, rather than be disingenous. I've seen someone's suggestion (...) (25 years ago, 8-Oct-99, to lugnet.starwars)

(...) I'll second that. Nothing makes me feel more like a happy little kid than a Lego smiley. That's a big reason why the Snowspeeder is my favorite Star Wars set- that smiling rebel. (...) That's an interesting little article. Thanks for posting the scans in a large enough dpi such that they were readable. It's interesting to try and discern the design mentality behind the cars. For example, the blue supercar prototype looks a (...) (25 years ago, 8-Oct-99, to lugnet.loc.uk)

Lasers are very well, and make cool toys. My cat loves to chase the little red spot on the carpet! But if you're talking about scanning or diffusing the beam, aren't you defeating the purpose of using a laser. If you want a cone, use a super- bright (...)
