(...) What if the MF is a _Model_Team_ (or equivalent) set (and _not_ a minifig set) ? Then the observed level of detail _would_ be appropriate for Lego, wouldn't it? Franklin (27 years ago, 8-Oct-99, to lugnet.starwars)

I agree, with you 100%, that B-Wing is cool looking. Another Naboo canopy and what looks like a new face, torso, and even maybe a helmet?? Looks promising. Oh, I can't wait for Boba Fett, he was my favorite character. Now we just need some STs, then (...) (27 years ago, 8-Oct-99, to lugnet.starwars)

Thanks! I was thinking aobut something else: When taking photos of the display, maybe a piece of black paper would make a good background as a space-sky? It would be very interesting to know how TLG made their space-photos. Perhaps they used painted (...) (27 years ago, 8-Oct-99, to lugnet.build)

(...) Minifig accessories are okay, because they are small (and therefore cheap). But the best minifig accessories are the sort-of generic space-tools, specifically (in generally descending order of my preference): (6 URLs) These pieces can be (...) (...) I disagree. I think it's definitely NOT Lego. If it is made of Lego, it's built to a scale that would preclude it from being a set- there's way too much detail on it. As much as I would like to beleive that this is an early look at a (...) (27 years ago, 8-Oct-99, to lugnet.starwars)

 | | Mast options
|

I think I already know the answer to these questions, but I'm hoping I'm wrong: It seems like the pirate-ship masts go together only one way: base-mast, octagonal "crow's nest" platform, then the upper-mast. Is there any other useful way to put (...) (27 years ago, 8-Oct-99, to lugnet.pirates)

Quick question: what is the longest ship you've built using the Pirates hull pieces? I've only got just a bit of Pirates stuff, I'm working on lengthening my RBR with two extra hull sections (for a total of 4 mid-sections, plus the bow and stern). (...) (27 years ago, 8-Oct-99, to lugnet.pirates)
