On my system, 2409.dat is dated June 23, 1997. Which would put it in the right range for being in James Jessiman's final part-update, LP97-14. I'm not seeing this on www.ldraw.org (I didn't look *that* hard), but you can get it from James' website, (...) (25 years ago, 30-Sep-99, to lugnet.cad.dev)
