  Re: part requests!

PLEASE don't use these parts, as they are obviously(1) flawed. Either use something else or wait until someone else makes them. Jeff 1 - Yes, even the straight plate. I can even tell from the dinky little image on the voting page. (...) (27 years ago, 10-Sep-99, to lugnet.cad)

The History Of LEGO Sloped Bricks - Part 1

Today's topic is Regular LEGO Sloped Bricks from 1958-1972. LEGO sloped bricks today are available in many different angled slopes. The earliest of these (and by far the most common today) are the regular 45 degree slopes. These came out in the late (...) (27 years ago, 10-Sep-99, to lugnet.general)

  Datsville Updated

Check it out at its new location: (URL) , but you'll have to click on the red "X" to see the pick as I haven't figured out thumbnails yet. The original site is also updated: (URL) included Anders' house, scaled to 50% to fit in, so this may provide (...) (27 years ago, 10-Sep-99, to lugnet.cad)

  Re: 3471 Plant Tree Pine

I thought that 3471 was the larger of the two conical pine trees, but without a DAT viewer on my office machine couldn't be sure. From the time when I considered authoring this, then I do recollect that the foliage part of 2435 is identical to the (...) (27 years ago, 10-Sep-99, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Re: Datsville Petrolium is open for business

Jonathan, nice work on the Petrolium station! I especialy like the interior details in the shop, and the ATM outside the door! One small nit - your support columns for the roof over the pumps should probobly extend upwards from the actual pump (...) (27 years ago, 10-Sep-99, to lugnet.cad.dat.models)

  Re: 3471 Plant Tree Pine

That's 3471 plus the smaller one (2435). The only tree that could be considered a larger "pine" than 3471 is the cypress. The cypress would be a lot more work than 3471. I haven't compared them directly in awhile, but I believe 2435 might be the (...) (27 years ago, 10-Sep-99, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

  Re: 3438 - S@H McDonald's Special INVENTORY

(...) I agree. So stop complaining people. That was my feeling when I first looked at it. I already have four. :) Unfortunatley, it doesn't look like much if you don't put the stickers on, and the minifig torso sticker bugs me, but I'll deal. If you (...)   Re: Help with missing parts files

Ok. Never mind. I found the problem. I was missing the two original parts updates: lp97-13.exe and lp97-14.exe. The reason that I had a problem, I think, is that the LDraw.org site's getting started section does not mention these two updates. In (...) (27 years ago, 10-Sep-99, to lugnet.cad)
