Hey all, I just finished up the summer series of shows in the County Parks called the Kids Kingdom (NJ). Here are some of the links to the photos: (URL) This picture is to funny!   Re: Geneva wheel or Geneva mechanism

Very clever! I myself have been playing around with those quarter circle bricks, great to see what you did! You are right, the mechanism works well, both directions! Eric Sophie Legomaster Biomechanical Bricks (14 years ago, 22-Sep-10, to lugnet.technic, lugnet.robotics)

  Re: Tipoca Outpost 930

I very much enjoyed seeing all of your recent works. Please keep building and posting your MOCs, they are always interesting to see. My offer still stands to join me during an exhibit so more people can enjoy your creations in person. yours, Eric (...) (14 years ago, 22-Sep-10, to lugnet.starwars)

(...) So do I... That's why I love Sculptris that has a wonderfully intuitive interface (but it does help to have a reasonably powerful machine). (...) reads the primitives correctly. What I meant about bad lines was that I noticed your tool does some checking for spurious lines; that must just be for lines between coplanar surfaces. (...) Very interesting! (URL) I am not so much comvinced by the improvement for flat shading. Looks like we trade triangular artefacts in one direction with artefacts in the other one. But it drastically improves the very ugly condlines artefacts! (...) (14 years ago, 22-Sep-10, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts, FTX)

  Re: Advice on hair pieces

(...) Not sure what you mean - it doesn't check if a line has its ends properly ending on a surface vertex. (loosely related) I have a pending update for edger2 that check if the angle of existing condlines matches angle between surfaces. If the (...) (14 years ago, 22-Sep-10, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Re: Why quads? Re: L(EGO)Draw parts - 4th batch

(...) I see. So what you really want to do in LDView is ignore the Type 5 lines (at least for smoothing) and smooth wherever there's no Type 2 edge lines between the triangles (and quads). (...)
