Cross posting - sorry for the repeat message. (URL) While the complete Mindstorms event list is still being finalized and the rules are being polished, we wanted to take this opportunity to let you all know about a few new Mindstorms competitions we (...)   Re: New Press Release about Power Function Trains

(...) I just want to say that there are some REALLY innovative ideas being thrown around here. All this talk of automated recharging on sidings and automated points is just making me giddy. Keep the ideas coming!!! -Dave (17 years ago, 28-Mar-08, to lugnet.trains)

  Re: Good News, Everyone!

(...) Oh yeah - scale is WAY off, here. If you ever watch the cartoon closely, you'll see that the building is actually quite big. If I were to build this 'minifig' size, it would probably be around 3 feet tall (I haven't worked out the details). (...) (17 years ago, 28-Mar-08, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Good News, Everyone!

(...) I've heard they've gotten quite a few questions that already! Unfortunately they took away Bender's liquor bottles to make it a 'family friendly' display. ;) (17 years ago, 28-Mar-08, to lugnet.space, FTX)

Re: New Press Release about Power Function Trains

(...) Sure - but then it's not automated. You have to get the first train onto the siding, or (if it was running around the track through the siding in the first place) you have to throw the switch so any other train bypasses the siding on the main (...)   Re: Is anyone working on 32745?

(...) I have never done in this way, but it sounds good. I think first step should be a mokup for the overall dimensions and the connection (axle hole etc) points. The fine tuning (ribs in frontside etc) should then be divided into areas for you and (...) (17 years ago, 28-Mar-08, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)
